What Is CrossFit?
CrossFit training is based on the idea of general physical preparedness. We don’t specialize in any one thing, but rather train to become stronger and healthier in daily life. You’ll learn to pick things up over your head safely, push heavy weight effectively, rapidly change directions, and powerfully jump over an obstacle. This is called functional fitness. The things you learn and practice in our gym will have direct carryover into your life outside the gym.
Our training is also constantly varied. You will rarely do the same workout twice unless we are testing to see how much you’ve grown.
There will be new movements, challenging concepts, and stretches that will push your range of motion. Sometimes you’ll move slowly, sometimes you’ll be sprinting as hard as you can. But you’ll always be better than yesterday.
